The quick answer is that the copyright belongs to the artist if you bought a limited edition print.

Other purchasing options exist however.Who owns the copyright to the image?

We do offer an option where you can buy the image including the copyright which enables you to reproduce it as many times a you like. You become the full owner of the work and the artist no longer has the right to use it in any way. 

This option is especially popular with department stores selling interior decor who require art which they can sell unlimited copies of. Sometimes the image is used to print curtaining, upholstery, tiles, room dividers, lamp shades etc. giving some scope for creative interior design.
